Love the size, and the build appears to be of sufficient quality for my use. But the rail hooks are too shallow, allowing the folder to fall off if you try to slide it over. Even putting a handful of papers from the previous envelope I was replacing knocked it off the railing. Grrr...
I couldn't find any other kind of hanging paper pocket replacements that had better hooks or I would have brought these back. Yes, I looked at the competition folders too. An important note: the online picture of these folders show full NORMAL depth rail hooks, it is NOT what is on these folders. The online picture does NOT match what you get.
When i called the store and asked what I could do, he suggested ripping the old rail out of the old discarded folder and slip it into the new one I just bought. It was hard because of the glue, but IT WORKED. Problem solved without further delay or stress. The old rail will NOT come out, you add the old rail behind the new one.

I love using these folders to organize general office supplies in our team's file cabinets. One pocket can be used for boxes of paper clips, another for boxes of binder clips, another for sheets or boxes of file labels, another for boxes of pens/markers, etc. However, the quality is not good. These folders cannot take much wear and tear.
